Cosmic Body: Sustainability, Continuum and Creative Process
The Cosmic Body is designed to break up habituated patterns to allow us to perceive in new ways, normally below the threshold of awareness. We will hook-up and grow the neurology necessary for creating collaboration with our physiology. Cultivate a sustainable and integrated daily practice of belonging with integrity to the world. Working with the essence of time, space, and motion offers us access to the subtle realm*, where we learn to listen deeply and be in dialog with organic technology.
You're invited to be in relationship with me and other Cosmic Body & Continuum devotees via Zoom, in a twelve-month series, meeting once a month for new material from Suzanne and once a month for supplemental sharing from and within the group; Q & A; and to go deeper into the material by practicing the movement exploration for that month.

Sabine Mead at Otter Bend in 2019
In 2014 at the last Continuum teacher meeting in which Emilie Conrad (Founder of Continuum) participated, she was very interested in working with the power of imagination. She said we were in a new phase of the work and it would take seven years to complete and some of that time she would be participating non-corporeally. By her reckoning we have seven months left in this inquiry. Let us collaborate over time in this pause to offer images of our unique fierce imaginings of what is possible in our lives and for the greater planetary life of Gaia. We will create a vision of possibility for our health, for our families, our communities and Gaia. We will be learning and deepening how to bring through the magic of childhood via the daily practice of play, to get beneath our habitual perceiving and create relationship with what previously rest beneath our threshold of allowing. This offers fresh opportunity to create dialogue with body process and shift physiology providing a self-sustaining support for health and wellbeing.
I will lead the third Saturday classes, offering stories of support; bringing gifts from the imaginal; unique movement explorations; and ways of integrating art making and walking around practices to support this inquiry. We will have rotating leadership so everyone who wants, has an opportunity to contribute. This will happen on the practice sessions first Saturdays, creating a rich tapestry of becoming. We will weave together the wisdom in the group with the last dive from the weeks before and have question/answer time and share our experiences. All registered participants receive an invitation to join the free Slack App, our learning platform, where class support materials are uploaded for ease of download and community support. This App also offers group conversations and tracks the sharing of images.
